I’m Yasmin

Hello my name is Yasmin. Living a busy lifestyle for several years, working shift work, dealing with the public as well as household duties, practising yoga and meditation helps me to take time out and to be in my own zone, space and be just myself. I feel this is very important in life and we all need time out from our regular routine.

I have been practising different types of Yoga and Meditation for the last four years and have recently qualified in 200hrs YTT with Frog Lotus Yoga Teacher Training in Suryalila, Spain. It was one of the most amazing experience and can not wait to share it with you. I specialise in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Meditation.

Also, I specialise in teaching Children, Teenage Yoga and Mindfulness for ages between 4 – 18 years old, 95hrs YTT which I fully qualified in April 2019 with Yogabeez Yoga Teacher Training in Peckham, London.

Currently I am Teaching at local schools and at my local gym in Langley, Slough and offer 1 to 1 classes too.

In my spare time I enjoy travelling, reading, theatre and of course practising my own Yoga and Meditation.
