Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin & Restorative Yoga
Yin Yang Yoga
A 60 mins yoga practice which brings Yin & Yang energy together to find that equal balance for the body and mind.
Starting with Yang, 30 mins of an Energetic Vinyasa Flow where we connect our breath and body together. A continuous flow of yoga poses, linking each movement with our breath.
Slowing down completely with 30 mins of Yin Yoga, a slow and gentle pace where we hold our poses for a deeper stretch, connecting our mind and breath together. Holding our poses in stillness and silence, we bring mediation and mindfulness into our practice. Ending in complete relaxation with a gentle neck, shoulder, and head massage. Suitable for all levels.
A 60 mins of gentle slow-paced Yoga where we hold each pose for a longer, deeper, inner stretch. Connecting our mind and breath together, relaxing in our poses. This practice allows us to get deeper into our inner connective tissues, muscles giving our bodies a full deep stretch. Relaxing the body and mind completely in stillness and silence, we bring mediation and mindfulness into our practice. Ending in complete relaxation with a gentle neck, shoulder, and head massage. Suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A 60 mins flow class which includes meditation and breathing exercise. Connecting our body, mind, and breath in holistic way, we link our poses together in a sequence and use our breath through each transition. This energetic flow helps us to build strength, focus, balance and flexibility in our bodies and mind. Lastly, ending in a deep relaxation with a gentle neck, shoulder, and head massage, allowing yourself to completely LET GO. Suitable for all levels.

Our Children live a busy life, just like us adults. Yoga is an excellent way to have “ME TIME” and allowing us to be ourselves, in our space.
Children now a days deal with many distractions, temptations, overstimulation, competition, pressure at school, college and at home.
Yoga and Mindfulness can help and benefit children as it teaches us self – acceptance and self – awareness. It allows to increase their focus, concentration, confidence and helps to manage stress through breathing and meditation. Also, it encourages health awareness both physically and mentally in a non competitive and safe environment.
For younger children 5-11 years old, I teach yoga poses, different breathing exercises, mindfulness and relaxation.
For teenagers 12-18 year old, I teach to teach yoga poses / flows, breathing exercises, A bit of Yin / Restorative Yoga, mindfulness and meditation.
